Which ISPs near San Jose can sell a cheap web cage that would hold two full
racks and maybe a telecom rack panel? We don't need a lot of bandwidth, as
we are just running internal applications used by fewer than four people.

I am aware that Hurricane in Fremont sells individual racks at about
$400/month with fairly substantial bandwidth included.
